Summary: Bundl Travel needed a website to advertise services, showcase specials, and communicate with clients.
Designed and developed website. Organized page hierarchy and site map using Inspiration software. Created easy to navigate pages relying on basic principles of web design using HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver tools. Prepared and uploaded images to the web using Photoshop software. Adhered to all section 508 regulations for accessibility.
Resulted in aesthetically pleasing website with easy navigation and useful company information
Intrax host families social media site

Created a web 2.0 community of practice for employees and clients to share information, collaborate and grow a knowledge network. Site included: blog feeder, wiki, discussion forums, instructional videos and other collaborative tools.
Resulted in launch of on-line host family training course designed to create a real-world simulation where families were able to makes choices about how to respond to challenges, receive constructive feedback and collaborate to solve problems. Client reviews indicated the training was a valuable tool in increasing customer support and improving family/student communication.
UC Time Management online course

Designed and developed an on-line Time Management Resources course using Articulate software. Included: identifying learning objectives, applying e-learning strategy and using adult learning theory to create instructional material.
Resulted in successful launch of the time management course to the LMS. User and client reviews indicated the material was extremely effective in maintaining learner engagement and employing rich content across multiple platforms and learning styles.

This whitepaper examines constructivist learning theory including social media tools to improve informal knowledge transfer at work and help create more effective learning.
This is analysis was completed SF State University project designing a course dedicated to helping ITEC students procure a job in the Instructional Design field. This is only a portion of the entire analysis the rest of which is available upon request
