Who is Bundl?
Bundl Travel Adventures is run by the husband and wife team of Steve Heindl and Jennifer Bunge. It is a partnership where each brings their own unique talents and skills to bear on the one simple goal of providing the best customer service possible for our clients. Consider us your personal counselor and facilitator for your travel needs. Combined we have visited over 25 countries and possess expert knowledge of our products which is what sets us apart from our competition. We are contracted with Nexion® , a fully licensed, bonded and accredited agency, which has been an industry pioneer and a host agency since 1995.
Steve has over 10 years in the travel industry and is the vision for Bundl Travel Adventures. He started working fo
r a student travel agency after an inspired backpack trip of Europe and has since planned just about every travel itinerary under the sun; from cheap and dirty to fine and elegant. He's traveled extensively throughout Asia, Australia and Europe- with some South Pacific and South America thrown in along the way. He's managed a wide array of travel services including; business travel, honeymoons, packages, cruises, round the world airfare, and independent travel planning and brings an in-depth knowledge of the travel industry with first hand experience to Bundl Travel.
Jennifer brings balance to the logistical side of the company. She is a certified CPA and has 10 years experience working as an accountant and auditor. She makes sure we have enough money to keep the lights on. Though schooled in business, she also shares a love for travel and is a valuable resource for providing expertise on far flung parts of the world. She's traveled in N. Africa, Europe, Micronesia, Central America and Asia. Together, she and Steve use their own unique skills and experience to deliver the trip you desire.
Why book with Bundl?
The question we get asked most often is why someone should book with a travel agent instead of on-line. It's a fair question and the answer really depends on your expectations. Our clients expect someone to be more of a travel consultant rather than an order 
taker. We are not a large agency and don't operate on mass volume sales. That means you should expect more personal attention and useful advice through your planning experience. Unlike most on-line booking sites, you'll know your agent's name, phone number and e-mail. So when questions arise, you can expect to talk with real person who remembers you and your trip in detail. Lastly, we have experience and expertise in booking travel. So you can expect that when we make recommendations it's based on reliable first hand knowledge and not a computer generated advertisement.
Do you do all types of travel ?
In general, most people need more help when booking overseas trips. It's become nearly impossible for travel agents to compete with internet bookings on almost all domestic vacations. For this reason, we don't work with any airfare, hotels, car rentals etc.. within the USA/Canada. Other than that, we can handle most types of travel plans.
Occasionally a trip may be beyond our scope of expertise or resources. In this case, we'll be honest with you, let you know, and try to point you in the right direction of someone who can help.
Do you charge fees?
Sometimes. It depends on how much planning your
trip requires and what products you buy. In general, if you do a packaged holiday , there will be no fee. However if you need help planning an independent trip or if you are booking airline tickets we charge a fee for our services. These fees will always be discussed and disclosed up front before you purchase your trip.
Is it cheaper to buy on-line?
First of all, if someone tells you they have the cheapest price, don't believe them. Prices in the travel market are constantly changing and there's no guarantee that the price you pay today will be the same tomorrow. That said, buying on-line can often times be more expensive than using a trusted travel agent. Most on-line services drive you towards their one specific product inventory, thereby limiting your choices. The exception is all domestic airfare and 
some low-season international airfare- which you can usually find cheaper on your own. However, for vacation packages, tours, independent travel, high season airfare and cruises, having an experienced travel agent on your side is a valued resource.
A good travel agent like Bundl Travel, can quickly search many products from different vendors across the industry to do the price comparing with no additional cost to you. This sort of planning may be possible to do by yourself on-line but would require days or weeks of research to be worthwhile. We think most of our clients would rather leave it in the hands of a professional.
